Don't you love those kinds of surprises??!! I had the same experience on the scale. It seems so random sometimes, doesn't it? Have a great time running this weekend ~ especially on those hills!! That's one thing I don't really have to contend with out here on the Canadian prairies...

I'm the same with the EA 5K challenge. The flu sucks.
BUT, we're still going to run, so that is awesome. We rock! And you're going to kick those 5 lbs straight to the curb.
